The scope of the project was to identify how to identify an efficient process in scanning current files for Social Services staff. The goals were:
- Create a standard way of processing client info that will allow access to all units Improve efficiency by creating a paperless process from the initial contact with the client.
- Decrease the amount of data entry and room for error in the process.
We wanted to examine our current process for creating and submitting timesheets. Our goals included:
- Reduce the number of people involved in the process.
- Standardize the form and process Improve the efficiency.
- Decrease the amount of data entry and room for error.
- Require more employee and supervisor accountability.
